    Completed Workout #6 (Leg Day). Great routine Andy ! I bumped up the calf reps to 20 to get a burn and since double-unders are beyond my coordination abilities :), I did 150 singles instead each of the 5 rounds. Really digging on the routines. Cardio mañana! Love the ‘blip” Julie posted about home schooling. Ciao !
