    I did workout 2 today and loved it. I’m getting back into the workout thing after some injuries, and I have to say that I love the 20 minute body weight workouts. I had grown tired of the gym and feeling like I had to be there for long time to be validated. Plus, I never really knew what the hell I was doing. Thanks for the simplicity and the guidance. At $5 a month, that’s invaluable to me.
