Workout #32- by request: Buns and Thighs… :)

Here’s a special circuit for anyone who is trying to build strength and muscle in certain “challenge areas-” the buns and thighs… This workout won’t take long- you’ll be feeling the burn pretty quickly. Try 3 rounds of this SUPERSET circuit, 10 reps each leg for each exercise. I’ll throw a Core movement in there for 10 reps, and an Active Rest for 30 reps in between rounds.

Here’s a great circuit that you can do with minimal equipment, of course, to strengthen muscles and burn a lot of calories. Try three rounds of each block, and try to keep moving!

WARM-UP, then-
BLOCK ONE: 3 rounds, 10 reps each

-Decline Push-ups:

-Plank Rows:

-Overhead DB Sit-Ups:

-Bike/Tread/Jumping Jacks: 30 seconds to 1 minute in between each round.

BLOCK TWO: 3 rounds

-Punches from the Guard: (40 reps)

-Bent Rows: (10 reps)

-Switch Hand Push-Ups: (10 reps)

-Bike/Tread/Jumping Jacks: 30 seconds to 1 minute in between each round.
